Hazelden Names Mark G. Mishek as President & CEO

OPEN MINDS On-Line News Industry Newsmakers On August 25, 2008, the Hazelden Board of Trustees named Mark G. Mishek as president and chief executive officer (CEO). In this role, Mr. Mishek will lead Hazelden in continued growth and innovation as an addiction treatment provider. Mr. Mishek will assume his new duties on November 3, 2008. He succeeds Ellen L.
