Aetna Members Able to Share Personal Health Records With Health Care Providers On-Line

OPEN MINDS On-Line News Strategic Health Care News On July 21, 2008, Aetna announced enhancements to its CareEngine-powered Personal Health Record (PHR) to enable members to make their PHRs available to health care providers on-line through Aetna’s secure provider web site via NaviNet®. Members will also be able to add Health Trackers to monitor their blood glucose levels, blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index, and more.
