Elements Behavioral Health Acquires The Ranch Treatment Center in Tennessee

OPEN MINDS Weekly News Wire Mental Health & Chemical Dependency Services On July 1, 2010, Elements Behavioral Health announced it had acquired The Ranch Treatment Center in Tennessee. Elements, located in Southern California, operates the Promises Treatment Centers, which provide substance abuse treatment in Malibu and Los Angeles. The acquisition expanded the scope of services offered by Elements Behavioral Health to include primary eating disorder and trauma treatment. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
