Employers Offering Consumer-Driven Health Plans & Wellness Programs on Increase; Enrollments Also Up
OPEN MINDS On-Line News Strategic Health Care News The number of employers offering consumer-driven health plans (CDHP) increased from nine percent in 2007 to 13% in 2008, and the number of employers offering wellness programs increased from 7.4% in 2007 to 9.8% in 2008. The number of employees enrolled in a CDHP increased from six percent in 2007 to 11.2% in 2008.
