CorzineÂ’s anti-crime strategy for Safe Streets and Neighbors. Ms. Moore replaces interim director Shavar Jeffries who is also counsel to the Attorney General. The New Jersey state-wide re-entry initiative is one aspect of Governor CorzineÂ’s comprehensive three-part strategy to enhance public safety, combat violent street crime, and reduce recidivism.
