ODMRDD Names Cindy Meeker to Lead Tiffin Developmental Center in Tiffin, Ohio

OPEN MINDS On-Line News Industry Newsmakers In early September Ginnie Whisman, Assistant Deputy Director of Developmental Centers for the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (ODMRDD), announced that Cynthia A. Meeker had been named Superintendent at Tiffin Developmental Center (TDC) in Tiffin, Ohio. Ms. Meeker will provide leadership as the full-time superintendent for TDC. Most recently, Ms. Meeker served as the program director at TDC. Prior to holding that position, she also served as assistant program director and a qualified mental retardation professional at the center.
