Toronto Central LHIN Releases Second Year Aging at Home Strategy Call for Proposals
OPEN MINDS On-Line News Senior Support Services On September 19, 2008, the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to aid in the second year of implementation of OntarioÂ’s Aging at Home Strategy. The Aging at Home Strategy seeks to support healthy aging and independent living for seniors in their own homes and communities and avoid premature admission to hospital or long-term care home.
