Ceridian-Sponsored Study Shows Value of Integrating Work Life and Employee Assistance Programs
OPEN MINDS On-Line News Workplace productivity, performance and attendance all improve after employees seek help through an integrated work-life and employee assistance program (EAP) provided by their employer, according to a recent study. The results were concluded by faculty and graduate students of the University of Maryland School of Social Work that analyzed the effectiveness of Ceridian LifeWorks Services' OneSource program. The people who used LifeWorks OneSource came from a variety of backgrounds, industries and households and were of a variety of ages.
