NQF Measure Applications Panel Chooses 13 Standardized Long-Term Care & Home Health Care Quality Measures

On February 1, 2012, the Measure Applications Panel (MAP), a public/private partnership between the non-profit National Quality Forum (NQF) and the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released recommendations for core measures to assess care for all post-acute care settings including long-term care and home health.
