Comprehensive Care Corporation Expands Contract With L.A. Care
On March 6, 2012, Comprehensive Care Corporation (CompCare) announced the addition of 42,000 covered lives as part of its ongoing contract with non-profit L.A. Care Health Plan, the nation's largest public health plan. CompCare started managing behavioral health benefits for L.A. Care in early 2011 for the plan's Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, and Medicare Advantage membership—comprising more about 31,000 members at that time.
