ResCare Workforce Wins $3.7 Million Santa Barbara County Welfare-To-Work Contract

On April 4, 2013, the Santa Barbara, California County Department of Social Services (DSS) awarded Arbor E&T, LLC (doing business as ResCare Workforce Services) a $3.7 million, three-year contract to provide welfare-to-work services. Arbor will provide employment services for applicants and recipients in the California Work Opportunities and Responsibility to Kids Welfare-To-Work (CalWORKs) program.
