California Picks Kaiser HMO As Essential Health Benefits Benchmark Plan
California has selected the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Small Group HMO 30 plan as the state's essential health benefits benchmark plan for health plans to be sold through the state’s health insurance exchange. Enrollments in these plans will start in late 2013.
