1.5% Of U.S. Uninsured Adults To Remain Uninsured In 2014 Due To PPACA Coverage Gap
About 1.5% of the 314 million United States population in 2013 is uninsured and likely to remain uninsured in 2014 because they fall into a Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA) coverage gap; they earn too much to qualify for Medicaid and not enough to qualify for health insurance premium subsidies.
