Andy Allison, Ph.D., has been named director of the Arkansas Department of Human Services Division of Medicaid Services, effective December 5th. Dr. Allison previously served as the executive director of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment's Division of Health Care Finance. He is replacing interim director Marilyn Strickland.
