Majority Of Health Care Organizations Lack Mobile Communication Strategy

A survey of nearly 300 health care organizations in the United States found that 65% lack documentation of their mobile communication strategy. About 37% have no plans to implement such a strategy. Of those organizations that have a mobile communications strategy, 31.5% are developing a written strategy and 22% have a verbal policy.
