January 2, 2001 New York Seeks Community Aftercare Services The NYS Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS) is seeking proposals from statewide networks (or networks serving the Metro New York City area) that are not-for-profit, community-based youth service providers that can document significant successful experience in reintegrating OCFS-placed youth within their home communities.
