January 8, 2007 Mark Eastburg to Lead Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services in Grand Rapids, Michigan On January 2, 2007, Mark Eastburg, Ph.D., became the new chief executive officer (CEO) of Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services (PRCMHS) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Eastburg had served PRCMHS as interim president and CEO since March 2006, when the previous CEO, Dan Holwerda, resigned to assume the chief operations officer position at Metro Health.
