January 15, 2001 California Seeks Dual Diagnosis Demonstration Project The California Department of Mental Health (DMH) is pleased to announce the availability of $2 million in new State General Fund monies for State Fiscal year (SFY) 2000-01 to fund at least two dual diagnosis pilot area projects for up to $1 million per project. Dual diagnosis is defined as co-occurring mental health and substance-related disorders.
