January 16, 2006 Pennsylvania Advocacy Groups File Lawsuit Against Medicare Autoenrollment In December 2005, the Pennsylvania Health Law Project (PHLP) and Community Legal Services (CLS) filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court in Philadelphia to intervene in the Medicare autoenrollment process.
