January 23, 2006 Horizon Health Acquires Kids Behavioral Health of Utah, Inc. On January 3, 2006, Horizon Health Corporation (HHC) announced the acquisition of Kids Behavioral Health of Utah, Inc., d.b.a. Copper Hills Youth Center (CHYC). CHYC is a residential behavioral health treatment center for adolescents in West Jordan, Utah. In 2005, the 126-bed facility reported net revenues of approximately $11.7 million. Based in Lewisville, Texas, HHC manages clinical services for acute care hospitals and operates behavioral health care facilities.
