February 2, 2004 New At-Large Trustees Appointed to CARF Board On December 23, 2003, the CARF Board of Trustees unanimously elected Renee Surdick and Jean Goldsberry as at-large trustees to serve three-year terms. The CARF board of trustees is composed of sponsoring members and at-large trustees. The 33 sponsoring members represent industry associations for professional and consumer groups in the human services field at the national level. In addition, the board elects 18 at-large trustees.
