February 2, 2004 Minnesota Awards $1.2 Million for Home Services On December 10, 2003, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) awarded $1.2 million to seven projects designed to help older Minnesotans remain in their own homes and communities rather than moving to nursing homes.
