February 2, 2004 Reeves County Prison and U.S. Bureau of Prisons Renegotiating Agreement The U.S. Bureau of Prisons continues to renegotiate its agreement with Reeves County (Texas) to house federal inmates in the Reeves County Detention Center (RCDC).
