February 4, 2002 NAPHS Announces 2002 Election Results On January 1, 2002, Anil Godbole, M.D., began the second year of his presidency of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems (NAPHS). Dr. Godbole is chairman of the Advocate Behavioral Health Council in Chicago, Illinois. The board held its annual election in January 2002 and voted Dennis P. King as NAPHS president-elect. Mr. King is president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Spring Harbor Hospital in South Portland, Maine.
