February 19, 2007 Florida AHCA Selects Pfizer Health Solutions to Administer Disease-Management Program for MediPass On February 7, 2007, the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) announced that Pfizer Health Solutions (PHS) had been selected to administer the stateÂ’s Medicaid disease management program for the primary care case management Medicaid (MediPass) program.
