Department of Mental Health will implement billing for Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS), also known as Medicaid Rehabilitation Option (MRO). The Mental Health Rehabilitation Services model is an optional Medicaid mental health benefit, where services are recovery-oriented, community-based, and consumer-focused. In the case of the D.C.
