March 3, 2003 Alan Abramowitz Has Been Appointed Interim Deputy District Administrator of the Florida DCF Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Secretary Jerry Reigier appointed Alan Abramowitz as interim deputy district administrator for District 9 (Palm Beach County) on February 21, 2003. Mr. Abramowitz has served three years with the DCF and currently serves as chief legal counsel for the department's districts 7 and 13, which are located in central Florida.
