March 8, 2004 Mental Health Insurance Bill Passed by Ohio House Despite opposition from businesses and Governor Bob Taft, Ohio residents could receive treatment for mental illness through health insurance provided by their employer under a bill approved 52-40 on February 4, 2004, by the Ohio House.
