March 13, 2000 Federal Government Seeks Civilian Employee Assistance Program The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division of Newport has a requirement for a Civilian Employee Assistance Program to provide counseling and referral services to its employees at the Newport, RI division level. A one-year firm fixed price contract with four one-year options is anticipated.
