March 13, 2000 Pennsylvania Health Plan Agrees to Settlement with Medicare Enrollees and State Keystone Health Plan Central of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania has agreed to pay $600,000 to settle charges that it violated Pennsylvania Consumer Protection Law. Keystone will pay $485,130 to 3,253 elderly HMO members who joined the SeniorBlue Medicare HMO plan between August 1 and November 30, 1997. Payments will range from $30 to $360.
