March 20, 2006 Indiana Marion County Juvenile Detention Center Under Evaluation and Investigation On February 14, 2006, juvenile justice experts from the National Partnership for Juvenile Services (NPJS) began a conditions of confinement assessment at the Marion County Juvenile Detention Center (MCJDC) in Marion, Indiana. The team will evaluate both the facility and MCJDC management practices.
