Howell, M.D. will join the faculty of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Dr. Howell is the former Medical Director of Metro Atlanta Recovery Residences, Inc.  Dr. Howell was Medical Director of Metro Atlanta Recovery Residences for five years and has transitioned her responsibilities to medical staff within the facility.
