March 28, 2005 Colorado Health Network Awarded Medicaid Community Mental Health Services Program Contract On March 7, 2005, Colorado Health Networks (CHN) announced that the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing has awarded it with the Colorado Medicaid Community Mental Health Services Program contract for the Western/Southern Geographic Service Area of the state. Under the new contract, effective January 1, 2005, Colorado Health Networks is to continue to provide on-going mental health services to the state's Medicaid population, as well as prevention, education, and outreach initiatives.
