March 29, 2004 Sharpe Appointed President of Florida Council for Behavioral Healthcare On March 19, 2004, Robert Sharpe, Floridas deputy secretary for Medicaid, was named president and chief executive officer of the Florida Council for Behavioral Healthcare Inc., a nonprofit association of community-based mental health and substance abuse treatment organizations. Mr. Sharpe will also serve as president of the associations parent organization, the Florida Council for Community Mental Health Inc.
