April 9, 2007 Hamilton County Commissioners to Sell MRDD Frederick Breyer School Property On March 26, 2007, the Hamilton County, Ohio, County Commissioners announced that they will start receiving bids in about a month to sell the Frederick Breyer School previously run by the Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (MRDD). The school was closed at the end of the 2005-2006 school year due to declining enrollments.
