April 10, 2006 Manor Care Appoints Steven M. Cavanaugh as Chief Financial Officer Manor Care, Inc. announced on March 23, 2006, that Steven M. Cavanaugh will assume the duties of chief financial officer (CFO) as of May 2006. Mr. Cavanaugh succeeds Geoffrey G. Meyers, executive vice president and chief financial officer, who is retiring from the company after 39 years. As the new CFO, Mr. Cavanaugh will manage the accounting, financial services, tax, treasury, internal auditing, reimbursement, and information services.
