April 10, 2006 Indiana Work Force Training Reform May Allow For-Profit Firms to Provide Services On March 24, 2006, Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels signed into law legislation to reform the StateÂ’s work force training program. Of note, the legislation will allow for-profit firms to bid on work force training initiatives. The bill, SB 0370, was introduced January 11, 2006.
