May 8, 2006 Joyce Pilsner Changing Roles at Riverdale Mental Health Association On April 1, 2006, Riverdale Mental Health AssociationÂ’s (RMHA) longtime executive director, Joyce Pilsner stepped down from that position. Ms. Pilsner will be succeeded by Robert Brewster, who has served RMHA since 2000 as deputy executive director. She will remain active with RMHA as director of special projects. Non-profit RMHA was incorporated in 1959. It provides outpatient psychiatric services for the community.
