May 15, 2000 School Program Reduces Recess Aggression An Oregon research organization has developed a program that seems to reduce aggressive behavior on the playground. Waiting until violence erupts is not the answer, according to lead study author Dr. Mike Stoolmiller of the Oregon Social Learning Center (OSLC) in Eugene.
