May 29, 2000Paul Musclow Joins National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors The National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors (NASMHPD) has named Paul Musclow director of technical assistance. Mr. Musclow will be responsible for implementation and oversight of the associationÂ’s technical assistance activities. Mr. Musclow previously served, for 15 years, as an executive with the Devereux Foundation, a community-based and private residential mental health services provider.
