May 30, 2005 Cost-Sharing for EarlySteps Program Proposed in Louisiana In order to save money in a program that is currently spending $10 million more that it was budgeted, the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals proposed on May 20, 2005 that some families share the cost of the EarlySteps Program.
