May 31, 2004 Horizon to Acquire Poplar Behavioral Health Facilities Horizon Health Corporation (Horizon) announced on May 13, 2004, that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of the Poplar Springs Hospital Corporation (PSH) for $29,550,000 in cash plus payment for certain working capital items.
