June 11, 2007 Bruce Feig Named NY State OMH Executive Deputy Commissioner On June 11, 2007, Bruce E. Feig, M.D., rejoined the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) as executive deputy commissioner. Dr. Feig will also serve as chief operating officer, providing operational management of core OMH programs. The announcement was released May 22, 2007. He previously served in this role from 1985 to 1995.
