June 18, 2007 Des Moines County Supervisors Select Hope Haven to Run Cottonwood Care Complex On June 8, 2007, the Des Moines, Iowa, County Board of Supervisors approved a one-year contract with Hope Haven to run the 15-bed residential care facility at the Cottonwood Care Complex (CCC) in Burlington, Iowa. The Hope Haven proposal will cost the county $113.85 per resident per day.
