Notice Department Of Human Services Office Of Medical Assistance Programs: Transition To Traditional Medicaid Expansion

The purpose of this notice is to describe the Department of Human Services’ (Department) intent to transition to a traditional Medicaid expansion, as provided for under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA).
