This report was released in March 2015 by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the federal Department of Health and Human Services. The OIG reviewed state provision of Medicaid Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) services for children in foster care. Four states with large foster care populations were selected for the analysis.
