June 21, 2004 CCA to House Maximum Security Colorado Prisoners in Mississippi Corrections Corporation of America (CCA), the nation's largest provider of corrections management services to government agencies, announced on June 1, 2004, that it had entered into an agreement to manage a population of up to 128 Colorado maximum security inmates at the company's Tallahatchie County Correctional Facility, located in Tutwiler (Mississippi).
