June 21, 2004 UHS Completes Acquisition of Five Behavioral Health Facilities On May 3, 2004, Universal Health Services Inc. (UHS) announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisitions of five behavioral health facilities. The five facilities include the Stonington Institute located in Stonington (Connecticut); Coastal Harbor Treatment Center located in Savannah (Georgia); Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas, located in Benton (Arkansas); Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Kentucky located in Bowling Green (Kentucky); and the Spring Mountain Treatment Center in Las Vegas (Nevada).
