June 26, 2000California Seeks Employee Assistance Program California is seeking a contractor to provide an employee assistance program (EAP), that provides high quality, confidential assistance to eligible employees and their families. Assistance options shall consist of, at a minimum: assessment, referral, counseling, problem solving, follow up, management training and marketing.
