June 27, 2005 Lancaster Children and Youth Programs Face Major Funding CutsHuman service agencies in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania met with state lawmakers on June 21, 2005 to discuss proposed cuts in the governor's budget and its impact on human services in the area.
